Fulgor Solicitors is a Law Firm specialized in Corporate/Commercial law, Banking and Maritime Law practice, as well as providing transaction advisory and consultancy, with which the name has become synonymous since 2015 in Nigeria. Prior to this Mr. Sani Eric Achile the founding partner has specialized in various aspects of Litigation and commercial Law practice. The firm was established in 2015 and has been in operation since its incorporation.

Fulgor Solicitors is a leading law firm in corporate and commercial Law practice as well as Litigations. Our office operations extend to every part of the country and we have the capacity to execute jobs whenever and wherever called upon.

Locally, the firm has acted and still acts for several banks and other financial institutions on several corporate and banking issues. The firm’s services have also been rendered to various government agencies and other financial institutions. In the last few years, we have expanded our practice to cover provision of services to the Oil and Gas, Power/Energy and recovery proceedings; our activities in these areas include, negotiating deals, preparation and reviewing of agreements, vehement prosecution and defence of claims, company incorporation and secretarial services, etc.

The Firm is headed by Mr. Sani Eric Achile, a graduate of the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria who has been an impeccable Legal practitioner in Nigeria since 2010.
